obviously some of us on here do drugs from time to time, and i was wondering what opinons are on skateboarding while tripping on hallucinogens.
tripping on two hits of acid rn with the goal of posting up a short vx1k/mk1 edit at my local with my daggz. updates will ensue.

well skating on acid sounds pretty intense, im pretty sure i coundnt hang. last time i took some i felt like everything was changing colors and sorta morphing together. but ive only tried it once so im sure the more you do it the more tolerance you start to have.
mushrooms on the other hand are a little different. theres been times where im tripping off shrooms and literally no one notices. its very easy to act normal on mushrooms. once i was tripping balls and my (sober) friend convinced me to lift weights with him and i had no problem at all. kept up with him and everything. skating is just as easy.

I normally suck at 360 flips but if i take like, 1 hit of acid im pretty good at em. Take anymore than that and I can't really focus though.

Couldn't skate at all on robotussin, couldn't even move on ketamine.
I never really liked skating while drinking to be honest. Just get hamm'd after the session.
Hallucinogenics gave me too much anxiety to do anything.
Amphetamines made me super hyped but made my muscles real tense and crunchy. Drank tons of water. Got 5th place in a high ollie contest on adderall.
Skating on a small dose of benzos was nice cuz I didn't think about anything and I felt a little loose and floaty, but almost always too too much and would rather just stay home and take a nap.
Skating on opiates was fun when I was heavily addicted - if I could just take enough to get a fix, I'd be happy enough and well enough to want to go shred. But being sick I obviously couldn't get out of bed, and sometimes I'd do too much right before I was trying to leave the house and I'd fuck up my plans.
Always preferred skating sober and just getting fucked up afterward, helps numb the pain of slams and the emotional pain of failed tricks. Now that I'm sober I honestly don't skate nearly as much, I just try to drink more water, take all sorts of weird anti-inflammatories, and ice my back. Foam roll on occasion.

In high school a single hit or even just half of acid would give you that springy feeling, felt my ollies were higher, but looking back that could have been the acid.
Skate sober 95% of the time, if a bowl is being passed I'll take a toke.

Go to a grow zone between 3-5 in southwest America. Look for a small shrubbery that blooms violet flowers named mimosa tenuiflora. Cut off the branches. Scrape the bark onto a metal screen. Put the screen into a fish tank. Pour non polar hydro chloride over the bark until it starts running clear colored. Wait for the bubbles to finish popping. Remove the screen, pour the fluid into a glass pan. Put the pan into a freezer until the liquid becomes solid. Once solid bake it in the oven. Repeat this step(gradually decreasing temp) until the substance is crystalline then put that in your pipe and smoke it you dirty animal

Thought that would give me the confidence to do it. Well the car ride was only like 15 minutes and i kind of lost track and drank it all. I couldn't even really walk down the steps when we got there

Taking a couple hits off a joint before skating always seems to help me relax and focus more. My pop seems higher, too.
I've only tried skating on acid once, but that didn't work at all. My legs and arms felt like they weighed a ton.
Skating on the comedown from shrooms is amazing, though. Everything feels so in tune. I need to try that again...

I used to skate stoned all the time, and found I had about a 70/30 % hit rate.
30% of being (what I considered at the time for me) super focused and on point... and 70% me dregging out, wanting to go to Maccas and get a chocolate thickshake, too ripped to skate.
Tell you what, almost always had a good laugh though no matter what.
Ahh, to be young again... nowadays, weed fucks with me so I can't go near it.

Depends on the time, before 2 I skate on some coffee or will stop for coffee. Later in the day I can skate on a beer or 2.
Smoking just makes me want to relax and I don't fuck with hard drugs so there's that.

Had my bachelor party this Saturday that just went by. Went out to a friend's place who lives on 20 acres about 45 minutes out of town and has a quonset (basically a barn) with a DIY concrete park in there. We just partied and drank and skated and stayed up all night on acid.
There's always psychedelics out there and tons of my friends are always skating on them but I'm always too scared to do it. Took my first try at it on Saturday and Lizard King is right. Skating on acid is tight.
We were skating a little volcano quarter pipe and got to talking about the perfect backside pivot and how hard it is to get it completely perfect, so it just turned into a train of guys on acid trying to achieve the unattainable pivot over and over again while watching the others. Eventually I got one and everyone started cheering before I even rode back in from it. After all the build up of talking about the perfect pivot and then getting one and also being on acid, boy was it a glorious moment.

Nothing clicks for me at all. I feel way off and just generally suck(not that im super good to begin with)
Only thing I can remember doing high was nollie an 8 stair with almost no light at all and I wouldn't have normally tried that in the dark.

I used clonazepam one day and we skated bronco high. It has this double set, 8 flat 4. I was trying to kickflip the first set then noseslide the second rail. I got close but then the benzo kicked in and I just went full throttle trying to Ollie the whole thing hahaha. I ate shit so bad like 3-4 times. I had never ollied 10 at that point now Im trying some set Jeremy wray might do tricks down lol

But at the same time I love drink with my skate friends because we've fucked up some people that try to fight us. But I feel it's better to have a set of drinking friends and a set of skate homies too. I also feel if you bring your chick then all your skate homies start to spit game (it's annoying, it worrys me just a little). I think you can't let circles mesh, if you got circles.
