I hit a bunch of Washington and Oregon parks this summer. Some of the highlights.

The park in Eugene is super fun, concrete is smooth, it’s huge good mix of tranny and street. This was my favorite.

In Seattle.  Judkins is good, smooth with some unique tranny.

Lincoln city is huge, all tranny,  definetly worth checking out.

Ed Benedict in Portland is more street but a good time.

Burnside, for obvious reasons.

As far as weird shit and fun tranny goes I think Arcata park is right up your alley.  Also St. Helena and Lincoln City obviously

The park in Toledo has some funky transition stuff. McMinnville is fun too.

If you take I-5 through Oregon and Cali:

Def hit up Eugene, it's also skateable in the rain

Umpqua Hot Springs (the waterfall is pretty sick as well), worth the detour, especially if you've been hitting lots of skateparks

In CA: Weed, Mt. Shasta, Redding, Corning (pretty rad), Willows (Sycamore , fun the flow around)

Anderson and Red Bluff parks are eh... not the greatest but they are options

Monte rio in Northern California is a hidden gem.
