I never thought i'd say this, but is it possible for Crailtap to be in danger of going under, due to this rampant "cool guy" paradigm shift while under duress from this change of management[who are blowing it]?
The Ty Evans days are gone, Meza's edits were unique and true to their aesthetic, he's gone too. The new kids handling the media are far from filling the shoes. Who still is influential on their roster? I could see Malto, Yonnie, Manchild, and Raven being very easily compensated better elsewhere.
Is it wrong i'm starting to see Crailtap as a smaller version of what happened to Dwindle? What an accurate name for a company of their history.

I think they're more likely to become like Powell Peralta than maintain the cool guy image at this point. They were the cool guys in the 90's who led a mass exodus from the cool guy company at the time. It's mostly kids born around 1999-2003 that are dictating what's cool now. Kids born in the 70's to the mid 80's are responsible for Girl/Chocolate being on fire when they were.

Olson's style seems like it's never fully disclosing who is on the team to begin with. Remember how much we had to guess who was even on up until the release of their vid? Unfortunately there's prob no real easy way to confirm this.

In his Boys of Summer footage you saw him casually filming with Rickk (Darkslide ender), but its pretty clear he was more friends with MJ than the Crailtap fam. Although, does that crew even really exist anymore? They have current riders and such (and tried to label the Trunk Boyz as such). Pretty much everyone who defined that family vibe of Crailtap is gone and/or off doing their own thing. Jeron owns part of Diamond and focuses on that, Tony Ferguson is focusing on his shoe company, Meza left for Vice, McCrank is focusing on Vice, Scott Johnston moved on, Mike York is long gone, BA, Koston, Gino, and Guy left. The only OG who helped define the company who is somewhat active is Chico, but I think he also focuses mostly on his side business. Now it is more a company than a family.

Hey man, I smell what they're steppin' in. A lot of 917 and FA's art is kinda uninspired, some are direct copy pastes or heavily influenced off something that already existed. Compare that to early 90s McKee and Cliver stuff and it can pretty easily make any die-hard lifer skating fan a bit bitter.
