PALS come to my rescue here!

It's some late 80's or early 90's band, shit is driving me nuts & the video was taken down by Welcome, presumably because it had people I actually wanted to see.

(No hate to Ryan Lay & Aaron Goure, but the rest of the team I could give a flying titty fuck about)
