Nike dunk decon sizing

Feel dumb starting a new thread for this but didn't wanna hijack the New Sb thread to ask a sizing question - but if anyone has skated these do they fit tts or should i size down due to the lack of padding? After keeping an eye out for forever for ones under $100 I found someone selling size 9 on ebay for $50 but I normally wear 9.5. Any info would be appreciated. Also, if anyone out in slap land has the highs that came out a bit ago or the soullands in 9.5, even in slightly used condition for under $100 hit me up.

The High Tops run true to size.
Low tops run 1/2 size big.

Yeah they stretch and get bigger quickly. Like 4 or 5 days of daily skating and then they’re flopping. I should have gotten a 8.5 not a 9
