Mason Silva is a serious contender for pro with smallest bag of tricks. Honestly, he's probably the silva medalist after Chris Pfanner. At least they'll both do their five tricks down the biggest things they can find.
This is interesting to me because in Masons case I really don’t see it. I mean sure, he doesn’t skate switch and relies heavily on fs 180s, but there were definitely a lot more than five tricks in his Peace part.
Fs 180, fs 180 switch crook, fs big heel, hardflip, cab. Yes there are other tricks, but these are his staples and he typically does them multiple times in any piece of footage he's in. It's not like Reynolds where besides his staples, which in and of themselves make a pretty long list, he does a plethora of others to the point that it seems he can do anything. Silva seems truly limited in scope. I'm almost sure I've heard him say that himself somewhere. It doesn't make him not good. It makes him repetitive.
You’re high off your rocker. He has a shitload of tricks, and has a lot of them he can pull out anywhere. He has a fucking great front and back 3. His kickflip fucking rips. His heel flips are insane. He can fakie shuv over a bump. His bigspins are fucking solid. Like what the fuck, there’s so many fucking tricks he can do.
