I heard Jim doesn't like Nigel bc the sexual allegations way back. thats why he wouldnt get on thunder.

Thunder sells a ton of trucks and has a killer skate team. they would have him if they really wanted him

I figure it's the same reason why Tony isn't on Lakai anymore: he by himself eclipses the entirety of Thunder as a brand in terms of popularity and profitability, and Thunder knows that because of this if they sponsored him they would effectively turn into the Nyjah truck brand, which means that none of their other riders would no longer matter nearly as much as they do without Nyjah on.
