It seems that all the female skaters that get pushed on instagram kinda suck. Not to say that women suck at skating but the ones that they push on the gram kinda suck ( at least for getting coverage). Berrics popped up on my feed and it was some girl trying tre flips on flat. TRYING, then whatever mook was manning the account told people that they are free to post whatever they want etc etc. I like the idea of women in skating but they need to have better ambassadors on the premier accounts. For example Jenkem had a write up with this IG skater and her clips were shakey. Had a tre flip on flat and the ball of her foot scraped the floor but the still kept the clip. IDK I feel that there are better women out there but they would rather push this medicore skaters for some reason.

some suck, some dont. like with males it comes down to beeing marketable or if they like to be marketed. Some very talented people go under the radar for sure. be it because they dont wanna be in the focus or they just lack the neccesary personality or connections.

Skating isn't about who's good, but who's interesting. Arin is definitely more interesting that a lot of skaters, so she deserves the spotlight she's getting. Personally I don't care about her until I see a legit part, but a lot of people seem to care already
