Cool spot, hope it's able to stay. However, has a change.org petition ever been successful? Also in the final paragraph they mention being in contact with "ODOT (Oregon District of Transportation)" ODOT stands for Oregon Department of Transportation. Not trying to be a total hater but, when you're dealing with bureaucracy, you've got to make sure to cross your t's and dot your i's.
