The bandana is making a comeback with younger late adopters fashion teen girls.
Actually the whole Cristina Aguilera in Dirty look is.

I was wondering why my daughter all of a sudden started to wear a bandana. Now it all makes sense.

Feel for her. Great footage consistently. Again Vans always making the worst moves pushing her towards etnies. Do feel like NHS board brands carry a B tier energy too. Get her on Baker. Maybe the shoe brands will come knocking.

Yeah it's pretty crazy how NHS borad brands seem like purgatory. They have rippers but most of them carry the same unstylish vibe, like they dress poorly and either have the redbull drinking aura or the smashing beers on their forehead aura...
It's a bit weird. I mean it should work for creature, it just seems to work out for Baekkel and Milton

Feel like the purgatory is more towards Santa Cruz than Creature. Willis was on Nike for years, Gravette turned down Nike to be more core, then Lockwood and Yurin are on Nike. You got Milton and Naverette on Cons.

While hesh, I feel Creature has more style, personality, and perspiration stink than SC.

From 2020 up until like early 2024 SC was all over YouTube going for the online homie demographic. Seemed like a solid lane for the company and although it wasn’t for me, I could see how it made sense for them to compete with Powell for the new/returning skater market. But now they’re not even doing that.

Before finishing this post I searched SC on YouTube and it appears that they’re still posting on there semi frequently but without much brand direction detectable. Is Tom Asta supposed to be their Dan Corrigan? Who else besides winkowski even rides for them anymore? You’d think with all the money they must make from bumper stickers they’d have hired a guy to figure this shit out by now.

Winkowski should be on scram, back with Nolan as a team mate
That era of welcome was the best, sadly they are borderline zero in my eyes now

Is it possible she isn’t just into Little Steven?

i won't shade pretty much anyone on their team, but it really doesn't feel like anyone with heart is near any of the company's steering wheels. been that way for years and years now though, thinking about it. they're probably just all in on that amazon complete demographic, which would also explain the overall lack of inspiration in their brand identity. for that market the screaming palm and red dot do 99% of their job for them lol why innovate

I’m seeing some possible influences in her style, her brother was into that stream of consciousness vlogging, maybe they’re a hyper literate bunch.
Anyone see her on the swoosh?

I don’t think Baekkel has a shoe sponsor.

Isn't he on CONS ?

But I mean he seems to be included in a shit ton of cool projects when the rest of the teams are like nowhere but on a weird youtube channel that looks like a mix between woodward and Dan Corrigan.

Yes some of the people on creature are on nike but it doesn't really seem like they're pushed forward anywhere. But maybe I'm wrong and I'm just not the target.

I liked creature a lot but to me the hesh thing is really behind and not profitable to anyone now

Milton is definitely on Cons but Baekkel isn’t. He was skating Emericas at one point, maybe not even fully on just Euro team or flow. Maybe he’s on Cons flow now. He has all his sponsors tagged in his bio.

Yeah, he even had a cool colorway of a slip cup.

I enjoy  Fabiana’s skating. She seems cool in interviews and I get stoked if I see an edit with her. I hope she lands somewhere cool.
