Compression Leg Sleeves

Lately my legs have been getting really sore and giving out on me when I skate. I was wondering if anyone else have tried them during of after skating?

I grabbed some of those old bones ones to help with my jumpers knee and I find them really helpful

When I first got back to skating I had a calf strain happen, compression sleeve seemed to help in recovery.

Also had a 12 hr shift factory job years ago, could tell a difference if I wore them or not at the end of a shift.

Always wear them I wear short shorts and look like nyjah doing thr shittiest most basic tricks but my legs and knees feel amazing after. Also I don't feel like a complete tool because I've been playing basketball my whole life so I've been living in sleeves since I was a teenager

I've never used leg sleeves, but I have used knee-high compression socks and really like them on days when I know I have to be on my feet all day.

I skate in DFYRS mtb socks which have compression in, they've helped quite a bit
