Exporting settings for HVX or HPX FOR YOUTUBE

Guys I need help, working in my first HD project (filming vx 15 years, now with Panasonic HVX) .

It is a video for freeskatemag and im struggling with the formats and the programs Final Cut or premiere.

Im filming in 720 50p, but i dont get the same quality on youtube than others videos… its a special texture on the image that I dont get…

Please can you help me with your tips?? Timeline settings and exports settings for getting that mesmerizing texture on YouTube??

hello,

i export a H264 (or H265) 4k 120mbps, 59,94fps for youtube.
since you film in 50p, i should export at 50 too (or 25 if you don't like the look of 50fps).

result in 16:9 (i didn't film everything, some had a different picture profile so they look a bit odd compared to the rest):


result with a 4:3 crop:

for the 4:3 crop , do you upscale the size of the image stretching it?, or only insert the black borders??

for the 4:3; make a 1440x1080 timeline, zoom your footage enough to fill the frame as you want and export in 4k 2880x2160

Which fisheye/camera setup are you using for 4:3?
