I'm not trying to start an argument, I'm actually just really curious, but what are the non-American board member's perceptions of people in the U.S.? I'm not talking about the politicians or government we have, but just the average people. I've always been curious about how we're perceived by the outside world, and you never really get a legitimate idea of that when you live here.

Hah, I can't speak for the rest of my country, but I actually have a very positive view of Canadians. The few times I was there, I was shocked by how polite everyone was. I'm actually considering moving up north when I get out of college.

I think of America as a 6ft blonde woman with huge surgically enhanced tits, holding a gun in one hand and a burger in the other.

Last time I went to Canada we got our cameras jacked outta the car and some sketchy fucks with shanks were tapping on the car windows while we were trying to sleep. It really surprises me you don't hear about random acts of violence from Canadians. The people there are just as fucked as people in the US, it's just an imaginary boundary, and maybe more strict gun laws.

This was nothing like VA Tech- there was an argument and two dudes got shot.  It wasn't a random act of violence.  The shooter knew who he was shooting. 

Nice research  on Reuters Canada's part saying "Virginia Tech University."
