twisted back muscle type of thing?

k guys what do you do when you twist your back in some awkward position and it hurts like fuck unless youre pretty much frozen in one ridiculous, unflattering position? for the past 15 hours ive been leaning forward just a dash and to my right a lot. i feel like steve cab meets brian wenning, and that hurts almost more than my back.

i put icyhot all over that bitch and it felt good cuz its icyhot but my back still fucking hurts and i reeeeally want to skate but i don't want to make it worse.

better off just relaxing and trying to lay flat on a  harder surface.
usually when you fall asleep your muscles relax and then youll feel better.

i had that a while ago, my back was in spasms cos i kept sitting in awkward positions while studying....

muscle relaxants along with a good long nights sleep..... try to sleep completely straight, and in the morning try to keep your spine upright as much as you can...  maintain a good posture when doing your daily routines....

should go away in a day or 2...
