The processing of name changes was beginning to get burdensome as some would want it changed constantly, but maybe we just allow a "Yearly" change during the first 2 months? Thoughts?

I can understand why that could be annoying. Yearly changes sound like a good compromise to me. Why limit it to just the first 2 months of the year though?

Mainly cause having to look back and see "Has this guy already had his name changed" also takes time VS just have a dedicated timeframe that we have to do the research to do the name change.
