CONS is a converse property which is owned by nike, so by extension, CONS and nike SB are the same thing ? and that means they work on each other's shoes and sit around at a camp fire discussing ideas ? lol are you regular ? they're two completely different brands doing completely different things with their shoes. CONS reports to converse, not nike, likewise, SB reports to nike, not converse. they don't have anything to do with each other except being under the same roof. they aren't the girl/chocolate of shoes.

Y'see kids, through time I've developed this really cool stuff called "common sense" that helps me see things clearly. It's a lot of fun.

Questions:

Was there a midtop skate shoe before the Half-Cab? Wasn't the very reason that Half-Cabs were invented was because kids were cutting down their hightop Cabs because midtops were not yet available? And by that logic, isn't it safe to say that practically every midtop skate shoe is in that way derivative of the Half-Cab? And do the thick white sole and the angled strap/panel at the ankle of the Omar shoe not only support the rigors of his gnarly skating, but support my theory as well?

Should add an Af1 type strap, make the toe piece shorter, add suede heel piece, hide that flywire shit, or get a 3m swoosh.
