To do a dull thing with style, is preferable to doing a dangerous thing without it.To do a dangerous thing with style, that is what I call art.

Thank you for sharing, i think it makes everyone who sees it at least a little better person.
e: so, can anyone point out what's the easiest thing to do in everyday life to at least somehow help to protect the ocean. other than the most obvious, not eat fish caught by others.

fish fingers are genetic mutations from pollution in the oceans. so clearly, they are the result of harm to the ocean.

I've been thinking a lot about my impact on this earth and our species future here.
it's kind of sad to see  in the early years of technology on this planet we have already done the earth so much harm, just imagine what our earth is gonna look like a couple hundred years from now if we keep going at this rate of destruction.(unless we get raped by aliens in 2012)
That's real life bro, no sticking lollipops up your ass and licking jesus's butthole man. People are getting raped, murdered and visiting the berrics daily. Deal with it.

^^^

Theres a lot of hope. Sites like TED and award winning documentaries like The Cove bring a lot of light to the subject. The problem is this information isn't always reaching the ones who need to see it, those who have control to make the change (like fishermen). Its all about knowing. Once you know what's going on, its hard not to change. Plus the kinds of people who are featured on sites like TED are finding all sorts of ways to fix the issues, not saying they can do it all on their own, but they help a lot.

What's key is passing on this kind of information, sharing it, so that everyone becomes aware of it.

Its not just a trend. Its reality.
