Most shops/distributions should be getting them within the next week or 2.  As far as I know the only people that have the trucks are those who won them from Deluxe's Facebook, or those who ride for Thunder.

Anyone try out the new thunders? I'm a little bi-curious and wondering if i should try the new 147s or stick to the old ones!
