not really sure how these threads start and end, but I'll try my luck at one.

Phoenix, a band from france, recently released a cd titled "It's never been like that."  It's pretty much chock-full of fun, super-groovey/semi-rocky songs that you can't help but love.  I especially love their debut album "United."  ooooh....check them out or I'm going to fucking kill you.  tell me what you think.

-or how about, if you see a fucking thread with my name on it and you don't like me, you need to shut the fuck up and stay away...because humongous arguments with no end will surely follow.

their new album is kinda more guitar oriented...like the strokes or something of that nature.  And I'm not ashamed enough to admit my undying love for "Too Young..."  fabulous.

saw them live a couple months ago, and quite to my - and their -  surprise they completely tore the house down.

they used to have more "groovey" stuff.....but they got tired of not enough people liking them so they wrote a pretty generic album of catchy pop songs and knocked up Sofia Coppola.......the secret to success!

they played a free concert here in SF a month ago. They were great. And "yes," they played "Too Young"
