Yes I am in fact a little high, but I was playing Madden with my brother not to long ago. We were having a good time, swearing, laughing, saying fuck you, you know all that brother stuff. Then once we finish playing I get a message saying that I have been suspended from xbox live for 15 days due to inappropriate language. The funny thing is we weren't even playing online just split screen in the same room. I thought, how is this possible that it heard us swearing when I dont even own a mic and we weren't playing online? The only thing I could think of was that fucking camera thing that is for some reason included in every Xbox bundle and ends up sitting on everyones TV gathering dust.
I started to doubt it, but I thought back to when I sold TV's at future shop and remember seeing a disclaimer for samsung smart TV's (the one with the camera and mic built in it) saying basically not to release any valuable info in front or near your TV because its recording 24/7 and may or may not be released to a third party for some bullshit reason. It didn't directly say that, it was kinda hidden within a bunch of big words in tiny font and "benefits" of a mic and camera on your TV. Not making any claims but somethings kinda fucky here. Anyone else have this kind of experience with interactive technology?
