Looking for a better shaped popsicle
« on: November 27, 2014, 11:02:05 PM »
I feel like so many of the popsicle boards I get have noses that are considerably larger than the tail. For some reason I really hate that so I was curious if you guys know any companies where the tail isn't so much smaller than the nose. I ride 8.25-8.4 if that helps. Thanks

Creature makes boards with equally big noses and tails.

Always Hopps boards. Their new Lion Concave is prime.

The Lion Concave is mellow but not flat, spoon nose, and semi pointed tail. I had one of the new Steve Brandi boards on that concave/shape and loved it. It's very different from the standard steep and mellow molds from Chapman that they use.

Ishod has a shape for Real that has twin-tails. It's completely symmetrical, both sides are kind of in between a nose and tail as far as concave goes. I haven't ridden them, but I saw it in the shop and it looked good. Usually 8.18-8.3.
