i dont know if a dealer would put weed in little baggies with weed leaves on it
and a dealer is usually the only place to get legit weed
usually in my experience it comes some sort of plastic sandwich bag
but then again i dont live in japan

Yeah, its pretty weird that it has a leaf graphic on the bag.

 But this is a shop that is selling these herbs legally. Even if they may not be pot, they are psychoactives. They each have a description in Japanese.

there are a few common threads that all dealers pads have, this should be real helpful

- place must be filthy (if it's not filthy, run like hell, you got a cop)
- absolutely must have a game console on the floor with the controller spread out across the room
- male lurkers (if there's not some guys just chillin, bad sign)
- fridge must only contain cheap beer and ketchup. If you see any food that needs to be prepared, fucking fun.
- kitchen must have pizza boxes on the counter
- must smell like cat piss (this one is huge, if you don't feel the urge to gag from the amonia in the air then theirs definitely a problem)

NEVER EVER go try to find them yourself, instead
Have a druggie hook you up.
That's because there are too many hustlers making a living off clueless kooks, and
Druggies know where to find drugs.

Having your first drug experience by yourself is sad, under the best of circumstances it won't even be that fun.
Make some friends in the underground and have them look out for you from start to finish during your first journey.
