Is this guy a racist too?

Nick and I were talking about this video earlier today. This video seems great to me. It seems so logical! But I'm white and I understand that maybe I'm naive. I'd like to hope that this guy is making sense to EVERYONE.

That dude is giving some very practical life advice and I'm sure that attitude has helped him a lot. Still, people shouldn't have to be stopped for "driving while black" in a free society, or be subjected to more jail time for the same crime etc. There is such a thing as personal responsibility but there is also a point at which personal responsibility ends and systemic bias begins.

I think it makes sense to see what the rioters are doing as ignorant and destructive. I would prefer peaceful mass protests, which are more effective than breaking shit and acting like a stereotypical hoodrat anyway. What is ridiculous is that people are using the rioting to sweep this under the rug and pretend that there is no problem with race relations in America, or that any problem is just caused by black people being ignorant. The destructiveness of some of the protesters actions doesn't invalidate their argument, no matter how desperately a lot of people would like to believe it does.

Unfortunately the opposite is probably true...

Is it really that outrageous to think acting the ways these protestors are is idiotic? Hows it different than thinking that the 99% protestors were idiots. That was a bunch of white people acting idiotic. So what, realizing that doesn't make you a racist.

This dude's thought has large, very large holes. He is not racist he is plain stupid. The fact that someone can make it out from the dirtiest ghetto and be "successful" doesnt mean that everyone can. In fact chances are you cant make it out of the ghetto and most people dont... Thats one of the biggest myths of capitalism. A rich kid has undeniably more chances of succeeding due to acquaintances, better education options, stress free enviroment as survival is guaranteed, his parents can help him better with options because they are more educated and many more.

There is no thing as common sense. Common sense is the sense of someone in safe position, detached from the real problems people are facing, pointing the finger. All that those "common sense" dudes are saying is "shut the fuck up dont threat my secure priviledged life , I dont give a fuck about you".

Its also a pity that it has become exclusively a race thing.... No, its a class thing too.... It just happens that black people are more poor than whites because of slavery and racism... Even though slavery is abolished in the US white families had more time to build wealth so there are more white rich families and racism (even of past) still exists which gives/gave fewer chances to black people... Its mostly about money that give power...  Rich black people dont have the problems poor black people have...

Police Chief Edward Flynn has had enough.

Recently, the chief of Milwaukee?s law enforcement agency came under attack by black activists.
There is a video as well. This guy has a great point.

No matter what side you're on this is worth watching.
to a complete outsider like me, it seems unlikely they would have such an old version of a law on hand unintentionally, but maybe there is a non conspiratorial explanation for it.
that mistake seems major enough to call for a re-trial, no?
edit: i cant watch the whole video right now so i dont know how the prosecution corrected the error

She gave them the updated law weeks later, told them there was a mix up but didn't explain the difference in the laws and left it up to the jury to figure out on their own.

I might be wrong, but didn't Wilson say that he didn't fire any shots while Brown was running away?

think he said he continued firing cause a fellow officer was around the building and he didn't want 'that demon' to grab his fellow officer.
