I manage a couple of housing programs for homeless youth. Not great money, obviously, but my schedule is pretty flexible, shit-load of vacation and very chill work environment for the most part. (Don't get me wrong there are lots of hair-pulling moments also).

That sounds pretty sweet, to be honest.

Still cooking at the same restaurant- an Italian joint in a trendy neighborhood. I work a wood fire grill 5 nights a week and do all of the butchery/meat curing/ pickling. Might need to pick up a side hustle soon cuz my rent is out of control.

Did you not see the "homeless youth" part? 100% horror show.
