Not gonna lie, I had no idea who his guy was.
But I did read the interview. He seems to have a really solid head on his shoulders. His thing he talks about "being small" was great advice, and a great way to put that. Also pretty cool that he just left with those BSA dudes and went to new york on a whim like that. I also have mad respect that he literally wants nothing to do with skateboarding other than to do it. He is so correct about the industry spitting people out and causing them to be bitter toward skating. Look at Pops. Prime example of this. This guy is gonna love skateboarding forever.
Also I don't know who wanted to have sex with him that badly to offer their friend free drinks for a month to hook it up. I'm a straight guy but he doesn't seem like he'd be like the most attractive thing ever. But who fuckin knows what girls are thinking ever. Sorry to the ladies in here.
Now I should probably watch his footage. Rarely do I ever read an interview and gain a sense of who someone is before I ever see them skate. Will probably add something to watching his footy.
