its not so much of wether or not god has given you anything. Its more about the meaning of life and how skating parallels that of what the bible teaches.
responsibility is what gives meaning to life, just like we are responsible for lining up the trick, putting in the conecntration, risk factor etc. and only when spoken in that frame of reference do we recognize how good a trick is when executed (the high). Similiarly the message of Christ gives a high because it is recognized as something good in a world when responsibility for ones actions is real.
