Are venture 5.2 lows too narrow for a 9” board?

My board hangs over the end of the axle by about 2/3 to 3/4 of an inch. I ordered venture 5.8s but are they even necessary?

i would say yes. 5.2 - 8" and 5.8 - 8.5

cancel the order and get some indy 169's,ace 55's, or thunder 151's.

5.2 would ride horrible on a 9 inch board and 5.8 wont work well either

My 5.2s work pretty well on my 9” deck.
Why do you assume 5.8s wont be an improvement?
