Heath would not be on FA. Maybe Quasi but I don't even think I could picture that.

Maybe hockey

Watching him skate the old street contests is super-cringey  - the whole dragging-the-front-foot to turn around fast thing. There used to be a lot of mongo pros. Then there was just Randy Colvin, and now I don't know of any. When you're skating vert, I guess it doesn't really matter. On street your instantly DQ'd.

I noticed when I got that natas and rob instructional video thing. In other videos S.C. went to great lengths to hide the push.

Randy I remember the boards but he may have gotten scrubbed from our mix tapes. I can’t think of anything trick wise. I think of the boards and maybe he rocked the white mark4 or whatever those nts highs were called.
The only mongo pushers we excepted in the 80s was Philips and the Nomad.
There was an Australian vert guy we liked a lot too but that was like 1984 or 5 and he was on an Australian News clip we had on a mixtape with sick boys and some contest. It’s  hard to remember him. DD mentions him from time to time.

All the kids who move from scooters to the skate push mongo.
