I loved his stuff prior to this, but I didn't feel this album delivered. It Didn't have one track that I thought held up to the Exhibit tracks, Jazzmatazz, or Road to Perdition etc. I thought Jay-Z actually had the best verse on the album.

I don't know what happened, but for 10 years this didn't feel like much of an attempt. Jay-Z basically had half the verses and it was 9 songs with Shiny Suit Theory being like 3 years old. Granted, maybe this is geared towards not my demographic. I rarely care for a new hip-hop/rap release, but I did look forward to this.

nobody says “rootin tootin” anymore to describe how gas the session was and it makes me sick
