I run a lot. I do a lot of yoga. Hot yoga. Which is random and sounds lame, but it has definitely made my flexibility and balance 100 percent better on my skateboard. I do that and a lot of plyometric, biometrics, and surf. I train every other day of the week and skate for an hour everyday.

I only saw one episode. The youngest brother was going through a gear crisis. If his clothing got too dirty or sweaty, he would need to change into a fresh new fit. If he couldn't, he would have a meltdown. Ryan had to teach him to just be a kid and have fun. I hope that kid got over it. I felt kinda bad for the temperamental little bastard.

I was doing squats and sit ups everyday but i find itimpossible to skate when youre sore so I just do them a few times a week now. I do however ride an exercise bike every night and I see a big improvement on my pop
