Pie Crust

Will be super helpful to the thread to ID what kit you’re working with too. This is serious stuff

Apple from the mum in law
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (usually whole but I got some gut stuff)

I wanna be a crust first guy but I get so anxious to start I dive in then go middle to save those finishing bites. Never had a pie I didn’t like

Quiche anyone? I make a mean bacon mushroom onion cheddar Quiche. Also chicken, green chilies, pepper jack cheese Quiche is good too. Nice cheap meal fairly quick in the oven too

Quiche is great and easy. Do you assemble your quiche or just mix everything together and dump. Some recipes I've had tell you to pile it up in parts. I'm convinced it's not worth the added effort and am going to dump from now on.

For a second I thought this poll was about pizza pies. either way my method is the same for all pies. Start from the small side of the slice and work my way towards the crust. Stop about an inch before I hit crust. Then intermix bites of the crust with the remaining pie. I prefer not to be stuck with just crust.

I'm not bananas about making pie crust....it can be finicky....I've focused dough before because it got all sticky....it's not satisfying....
