Ipath poet

Ipath first new shoe since there relaunch has finally can out, it’s a vulc out sole (similar or probably the same as the reed sole), what are y’all’s thoughts on it? I think it’s a miss but maybe it looks better in person, I personally like the cats and grasshopper reissues, I just think it looks like a eś shoe in a bad way

They look like the default shoes in Session, but the Evan footage is kewl.

I still have a pair of the original panthers …wasn’t really a great skate shoe.

Really want them to rerelease the Gall - Jersey Devils in the cream an blue denim color way. 

Will probably cop a pair of the poets tbh

So the Poet is their version of a Janaoski I guess. Looks okay.

The poet is their version of a Busenitz vulc, if we’re going to do that. I don’t necessarily think it is a version of anything.

I don't remember them as a great skate shoe either, just average, but I figured the nostalgia factor and unusual design could make them perfect for modern ipath.
Then again, maybe they want to innovate and create great new skate shoes, I just haven't been thinking of them that way.

White upper/black sole will always be the ugliest colorway ever. I think that the shoe itself looks good, though.
