He seems to be doing good, that's cool to see. He's one of the best and he looked very comfortable on his board. Sick that he has that bs boneless and those ledge tricks so on point, crazy diversity of skill.

This looks to be filmed awhile ago, wasn't that bs nosegrind on the red "barrier" in Bunnyhop? The weather and the nature look like this was filmed in the summer / fall, maybe people from Seattle area can attest to that?

Maybe it’s just the extended cut of when they went out to film him

Looks like it was filmed at the same time as the Mini Top 5 that came out 4/5 months ago. I'd say late summer/early fall, judging by the leaves in the trees and the brown grass.

probably the best looking fast plant I've ever seen
[close]
There are no fast plants in this clip.  I looked because it is one of my favorite tricks on tranny and was excited to see some Chris Miller esque flapped huge fast plant but unfortunately there was none.

bs boneless, eh?

love it, felt like a wes anderson movie
[close]

Perhaps this was yesteryear’s railed nose grind vs overcrook debate.

If the first boneless ever done was stink bugged frontside, thus the backside equivalent must also grab indy, no?

I’ve wondered this for over a decade, so if anyone has solid Grosso-level evidence one way or another, I’m here for it.

A backside boneless grabbed indy would not work at all.  I am in my office with a deck trying it, its impossible.

Isn’t a back boneless with a mute grab called an “I can hear fine”? Maybe I’m confusing that with something else. I’ve seen that done for sure.

It is and its crazy looking but it still makes more sense than trying to grab indy

It’s definitely some wonky shit to ponder, but it is why it’s got me the, “uhhhhhh” department.

For the record I do, what we all call, backside boneless often. I call them that too. But in my head, it makes no god dang sense. I’ve never attempted to try it backside Indy for the books either. It would look gross unless popped deep onto the deck (of the ramp) then brought back in like a late backside air for lack of better terminology.

Crazy you just did that versus letting it torment you for over a decade!

I don’t wish these irrational skate ponderings on anyone. It’s a curse. I comb videos for contradictions to my (and others’) conflictions.  It keeps me up late at night sometimes. Further, I dream about it. That things are feasible in the realm of the unknown only to awake to confusion and anti-stoke. Backside boneless, it continues.

Agree, seems like thunders since he sized up (thunders on the huffer, and since), so like post pretty sweet. After watching this crailtap thing went back and watched the pretty sweet…that video had its problems for sure, but MJ and Cory snapped. Cannot tell me otherwise.
Anyways, his setup has always been fascinating to me. Went from the techest tech, 7.75 on 8 royals with maybe 50s (just guessing), to the huffer shape that is really rad, but has a gigantic wb

I'm so happy to see him doing well. If there is an afterlife, I hope P-Stone sees his friend still using his talents and that he didn't let them go to waste.

yah blender invented them. i can do them but not actual backside bonelesses- was stoked to find out they had a name besides “can’t do a backside boneless right”

Cory and MJ's are the only parts from that I'll go back and re-watch. I still love that Cory footage. He was busting out tech nbd's like crazy, along with at least one rail one. He truly can skate anything he wants. One of the most naturally talented skaters I've seen.

It would be sick if the ankle monitor was pretty precise and it just shown a bunch of him going in circles on a map.
