do any of y'all enjoy the Trader Joes premade salads? I personally enjoy the roasted butternut squash, red quinoa and wheatberry salad as well as the spinach and legume salad. The kale and edamame salad is pretty good too. I wish they made the Thanksgiving themed salad year round, that's another favorite.

This thread is now about salads. The staples for me are shredded lettuce (usually Romain), diced tomato, grated carrot and sliced cucumber. Always run those four ingredients, sometimes throw in fresh spinach, radish, alfalfa sprouts, mushrooms, broccoli florets, cauliflower, sliced almonds, garlic croutons, whatever is around. I like those crispy tortilla strips too. For dressing my all time favorites are Brianna's French Vinaigrette, if I want something creamy I'm going for Marie's Chipotle Ranch. Pretty much down for whatever in my salad as long as it's fresh, sweet stuff like strawberries are a no-go for me. I like my salads crunchy, savory and made with high quality produce. I eat one every night with dinner and have for my entire life
