he's off house arrest now as of a few months ago i think. not sure what the other conditions of his parole are but it's common to have to at least get a "pass" from your parole officer to leave the state. Vashon Island is part of the PNW, yes, but most of these spots are in other areas of the region (Seattle, Portland, etc.). I would guess he's able to go anywhere in Washington state freely at this point and probably can go to other states (like Oregon which he does in this) if he gets permission from his PO (just speculating though of course)

Hadn't really thought about the potential consequences/illegality of street skating on parole though, interesting consideration. Would fucking suck to end up having to go back on house arrest or even back to prison as a result of a trespassing charge or something like that. I'm sure he has to play it really safe, probably no late-night missions or hopping fences for right now, but there are plenty of street spots where it's possible to skate without much risk of police interaction. Hope to see more street footy and maybe even a part from him soon but happy to just be getting any clips at all
