Was definitely Ray Barbie who first sparked me on knowing about a pro.

I saw that I wanted to be that. Before that it was mostly locals.

The available terrain. There weren't skateparks everywhere back then so we had to skate street spots. That and 90s videos were showcasing a lot of street skating to emulate.
This + a nasty ankle injury.
