Every time a video comes out someone chirps in with "Unicron.net has it for 10 bucks"...

Which got me to thinking... why can't companies just upload a full screen version that actually looks good, then charge like, 5 bucks for it?

I bet you way more people would blow a fiver on their Paypal instead of $15-20 on a dvd they'll wait 2 weeks for and watch 3 times.

For everyone else whose computer didn't come with a free trial of Prodigy, this is a good idea. It's not like they would stop making DVDs, they would just offer a downloadable version.

its too bad unicron charges outrageous shipping fees for videos...they wanted to charge me $13 to have LOTM shipped; the video cost $15 on sale.

i've bought videos from unicorn numerous times and never have i encountered shipping fees that high.

I couldnt really be bothered sitting at my computer to watch a full video, with some exceptions. But its not like some companies
wouldn't consider having the unicron type option.

This system would probably increase piracy.

And I doubt many people would be willing to pay for online digital material.  I assume that's why Globe charges $0.00.
