why waste your time running, why not just go skating?
I used to jog sometimes when I was a chubby young man. If you want excersize, riding a bike works much better and isn't as hard on your body.
i prefer to run at night when nobody can see me so i don't have to deal with people staring at me.
i am going running in about ten minutes. i prefer to run at night when nobody can see me so i don't have to deal with people staring at me. a combination of running, skating all day, and no soda made me lose about 40 pounds in two months. that is probably not healthy but i feel and physically look better
