The skatepark/venue I volunteer at is mostly run by a couple lazy dumbasses and unless me or my friend Brian intervene bands like that are pretty much all we get too.

Chiodos played there once maybe 4 or 5 years ago when they were still called the Chiodos Brothers, and during the last song, the singer started crying, had a little temper tantrum pounding his fist on the floor, tore down the WMTU banner and ran downstairs. It made the show worth it.

My roommate listens to all this shit, plays in a shitty band that tries to sound just like these fucking bands. Twice I week I have to hear second-rate imitations of these horrible math-rock screamo-core songs blasting out of my fucking basement. These kids have like 1000 watt amps and shit... they can't just suck, they have to suck louder than everyone else too.
