regardless of conviction the guy will most likely have to register as a sex offender from here on out. Its like that in MA. This kid that used to ride BMX got walked up on by a cop when he was taking a piss behind a dumpster- 17 years old, registered sex offender for the rest of his life. it's bullshit.
