Is there any way to speed up the healing process? I can't not skate, it's pretty much all I ever want to do...

stop jumping down stuff, and take it slow.  the more that you think your well enough the skate on it, the worse you're going to injure it.  really give it some time, and maybe see a doctor.

nothing you can do...

but if you're absolutely bent on seshing then skate a little tranny (putting weight on the ball of your foot more), or maybe bomb a hill.

once you can walk normally without feeling it let the carcass tossing continue.

just keep away from jumping down stuff for a while....  stretch and lots of medicated cream i guess....
