not totally sure about, what contribution that alex olson has actually made to skateboarding. what mark has he actually made or in what way has he progressed skateboarding in any way besides having charming good looks?.. and he's getting a shoe. totally lame - skateboarding is totally fun. skateboarding industry is totally boring

what contribution would alex have to make to warrant him having his own shoe? that principle eludes me.  it's a fucking skate shoe.

i think i've said it before, but in the future i can see vans doing shoes for both of them and release them at the same time. theres too much potential $$ for them NOT to do it. it just makes sense

Those are his fathers Steve Olson's pro model syndicate vans called the Steve Olson V-79, Alex's shoe wont be out until back to school next year...also he is gonna be on vans apparel with pro stuff

Pretty much any new shoe that Vans puts out will look like a AVE sk8 low.  The AVE sk8 low is the new half cab.
