i didnt want this to go in the shoe section since it is such an icon to skateboarding and means more to me than just being a "shoe".

my best skateboard memories have come while wearing these and watching guys like reese forbes, ricky oyola, donny barley, and pj ladd shred on the east coast while wearing them.

one winter, the only place i had to skate was in this little shed in my yard. I got a pair of accels and learned 5 or 6 new flatground tricks that winter. Thank you based accels.

had that ad hung up in my room when i was going through national service....

accels are number one on my list of favorite shoes right up there with the emerica kircharts reynolds.... had a pair of the black suade ones and i shoe goo'ed the shit out of them till both soles had holes in them....
