When my local can't get something then I always look at my favorite previous local shop, Cowtown.

I've mentioned them a bunch of times but won't waste a chance to link again. It's been cool seeing them grow from being a little skater-owned hole in the wall into several shops and a great online store through hard work by people seriously dedicated to grassroots skateboarding.
