I kinda agree man! Please do post some good Heath parts! I just stumbled on this and it brought flashbacks from all hes old parts. Hell his part in mindfield gives me goosebumps. Perfect soundtrack.

I remember Joey Sinko made this edit when Heath announced he's retiring. I remember it being very emotional at the time. Had no idea 5 years have already passed. How fast time flies.

This dude just commands respect. When I look at him skateboarding I know I'm seeing something special. I remember my buddy was telling me how sick it was that heath kirchart mobbed to heavy spots with just him and one dude and how the way he rode away was different than someone on girl or chocolate celebrating with all the homies. You can tell its something personal with him and its about his own limits on the board. There is something different about his approach and an intensity that is awesome to watch.

Heath and Jeremy Klein's part in The End is what made me buy my first skateboard. That part is still one of my favorites. Heath always skated to awesome/weird music that you wouldn't think would fit but he makes it work because his skating is one of a kind. I feel like he was ahead of his time with the way he dressed/skated and the mystique surrounding him. I have mad respect for Heath. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have started skating.

i met him on the stay flared tour last summer; he was just as standoffish as i had always imagined. i had him sign my emerica team poster from 2002, that one where they're all standing against that concrete wall. one of the greatest riders to grace the board. love you heath!!
