Hahah last winter I went to meet this uni friend of mine that studied there for erasmus.
Walking from the train station to his flat (left turn just after the double set) I kept thinking 'this place looks familiar' then I went on youtube and found the video.
The place is called Louvain La neuve and is kinda depressing. It's some skate3 stuff though skatewise, spots everywhere.

the floor is actually really good, I skate 50's max and didn't have any problems. There are a few little gutters where your wheels can get stuck tho so watch out for those.
