I sometimes think they are clowning people by sseing just what ridiculous gear people will wear as long as it has a palace logo on it.
It was rumored in the mid 2000's that some of Supremes pieces were designed with that in mind.
At some point a successful fashion brand has to push that sort of thing. It's not necessarily a fuck you to who buys it but you can't just keep slapping a triferg or box logo on the same thing and keep the fashionistas attention, you have to make them think they are cutting edge buy being early adopters of the "new look".
Palace gentrifying pecknarm yeah?
You wont catch me in there skating with some lil bois from the countryside who care more about wearing fuckin #waveygarmz
I fuck with the decks though HAANH
Peckham's long gentrified by now. The fact they can afford a project like this comes down to the guy that redeveloped the Bussey Building and Copeland Road Studios trying to keep some community vibe and not cashing in on the areas new found popularity straight out of the gate. If people like him didn't keep it real Peckham would be Snoreditch 2.0 already.
