Found the photo... where's the footage again? Some obscure montage?

Damn, dude. You can't just throw shade onto Todd Jordan like that.

I've been trying to find a photo from an old Big Brother for a while. It's like a fifteen or so stair 50-50, and the skater has his arms behind him like iron man blasting off. A few issues later, the same guy had a completely psychotic letter in the mail section. Out of curiosity I looked the dude up and found a youtube clip with the 50-50, but it was a drop in grind. The photo is so insane, both of his arms are behind him like superman, and he has this crazed look in his eyes (it's fisheye at the bottom of the set).

Thats a local and he is certifiably insane, as you probably saw in that letter. I read that shit while in NYC, couldn't believe it, calling card everyone back home. Fun fact that same man has a much more coherent letter in a recent Thrasher where he lists all his skate achievements and signs it, "a guy from a small Tennessee town." or something.

I don't think he skates anymore but he was a legend. I'm lucky to have some footage of him. And trust, that was a drop-in but he's done some gnarly rails

So he was actually a legitimately good skater? What's his name? I'm intrigued. I had that photo on my wall for years, even after finding out it was a drop in. That crazy-eyed warrior stare

Lines that would impress Ricky O, and also a phenomenal artist. Crazy eyed warrior is spot on.  I'll try to find that recent Thrasher letter

Lines would not impress Ricky O because he committed Ricky's cardinal sins, a push turn around and a mid line turn from fakie to regs.
