Steve Olson fucking rules and this episode had me laughing uncontrollably in many many instances.
Seriously there were tears in my eyes I mean the guy is priceless.
Also Melanie Griffith, that Paz chick, I wonder how many Hollywood babes he's been with?
Alex is rad too but goddamn, Steve Olson needs his own show like some Love Letters type shit.

In a old UK RAD Magazine A-Z of Skateboarding Article Steve Olson got a mention under "O" which mentioned he was Melanie Griffiths ex boyfriend.

Love any Steve Olson interview he always makes me laugh.

The CASL contest he's talkin about in is was in Hesperia (grew up skatin around there) that was the first contest I where I placed 1st... Was at this shit skatepark with fabricated ramps called Gramps Ramps. Always remember never touching the 10 stair rail ever in practice but in my final run I back 50-50'ed it an ended up gettin 1st place...

Remember Jason Wakuzawa got 1st in the class above me, would've been cool to see a young Spanky or Olson a that time. Best part was goin into my shop sponser Pharmacy afterwards n they hooked me up real good. Picked up Misled Youth for free right when it dropped amongst other things...

The first skate mag I ever got in the mail was the November 2007 issue of Skateboarder with these two on the cover. The feature interview inside the issue still is one of the funniest interviews I've ever read!
