Looked like Marc was getting things running again recently but it’s been nearly a month since I placed an order and it still hasn’t shipped. No one responds either when I reach out for an update. Seems strange he won’t let his supporters know about their orders considering the huge delay. Hope he’s alright

Yeah same here I checked my FedEx account and someone created a shipping label weeks ago but nothings changed since. Lame that he won’t at least let us know when it will ship. He doesn’t even have to respond individually just one mass email letting us know what’s up. Just common courtesy

Didn’t look like he had any inventory left other than grip tape after he shut down 2 years ago. The 2 boards and 120 dollar jacket he recently listed must be for prebook but he sort of advertised and listed like they are currently available

Looks like he needed fast so opened up the website again.

I don’t necessarily take it personally but it does seem like he doesn’t respect his supporters time very much which I find very lame. Don’t know what he’s going through but hope he’s able to get things operating smoothly again if he’s still passionate about skateboarding and running his own business. Just likely won’t order directly through the website again if he ever does

Probably right, but present precedent seems to indicate there’s a decent chance that somebody will generate a shipping label for his reply.

If he has created labels, literally all he would have to do is drop several orders off a day at any fedex/kinkos facility on his way home or to wherever, or if he has an account he could call and schedule a pick up once a sufficient number of orders have been prepared. Looks like neither is happening

Also: if you have a proper Fedex account you are not charged until a FedEx agent literally scans your shipping label
